Over the years, I’ve had customers ask if I could take a print from one reversible bandana and pair it with a print from another. I completely understood why they wanted to mix and match their favorites, but with the way I managed fabric inventory and production, it just wasn’t something I could realistically offer.
Then while I was working on my spring collection earlier this year, I kept forgetting which prints I had actually paired together because so many of them looked good with each other. I would lay out different combinations and think, wait, was this the pairing I decided on? And somewhere along the way, I started thinking about how much fun it would be if I didn’t have to decide for you.
What if you could choose the two prints you wanted together instead?
That idea turned into BYOB: Build Your Own Bandana, and I’ve spent the past several months figuring out how to actually make it work.
So, How Does BYOB Work?
Instead of choosing from a set of reversible bandanas with the two sides already decided for you, BYOB lets you build your own by choosing the two prints you want together.
There are 16 fall prints to choose from, all intentionally selected to complement each other so you can create a combination that feels completely your own. Maybe you immediately know the two prints you want, or maybe you want to play around with different combinations until you find your favorite.
I’ve spent months making sure the actual listing is super easy to navigate, because giving you more options shouldn’t make ordering your bandana more complicated. You’ll simply choose your first print, choose your second print, select your size, and I’ll make your reversible bandana with the combination you picked.
What If I Have No Idea Which Prints to Choose?
With 16 prints, there are a LOT of possible combinations, and I know having that many choices can be a little overwhelming.

The BYOB prints are listed in a particular order as well. Look at the prints next to the one you want and you will likely find 2 designs that complement each other.
You Can Personalize Your BYOB Bandana, Too
Personalization is also available on the simpler prints in the BYOB collection, so if you want to add your dog’s name, a phrase, an icon, or one of the new fall graphics, you can make your bandana even more personal.
Not every print will have the personalization option because some of the busier designs just don’t work as well with a graphic or name added on top, but you’ll be able to easily see which prints are available for personalization while you’re building your bandana.

One of my favorite things about reversible bandanas has always been getting two completely different looks in one bandana, but until now, I’ve always been the one deciding which two prints you get.
But now, you get to decide exactly what you want on each side, whether that means pairing two of your absolute favorite prints, choosing one fun seasonal side and one simpler side, or using one of my recommended combinations.
