SHIPPING

When will my order Ship?

Please refer to the current processing time/next processing date which is posted at the top of the website. Once you place your order, you are able to check your processing date on the order status page. Please keep in mind that I schedule order processing around my full-time work schedule and I do my best to process orders as fast as possible.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after your package is accepted by usps for tracking information to update.

You have the option to check your order status using your email and order number.

I selected USPS but my order was shipped with UPS.

We reserve the right to mail orders with a different shipping provider than what was selected at checkout (see shop terms & conditions). I am not always able to go to both UPS & USPS every day, so I may use UPS Ground Saver instead of USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground instead of USPS Priority Mail.

I never received my order. What do I do?

*As of 1/19/26: If order protection was declined at checkout, your order is not eligible for replacement if lost or damaged, and the customer must file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please reach out regarding any issues with protected orders*

Refund Policy, Order Issues & Replacement Coverage


At Mr. M Bandanas, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Mr. M Bandanas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. As of January 2026, we are excited to offer order protection for added peace of mind. We have no control over packages once they are scanned by USPS/UPS so this will ensure your order is protected if anything happens during the shipping process. 

Please note that small imperfections can occur with handmade items and items may slightly vary in terms of dimensions. Small smudges or imperfections may be present in the printed fabric.  

 

Issues with Your Order

If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the items. We will send you a return label to send back any incorrect items at no additional cost, and the correct items will be sent to you if still available. If the correct item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Protected orders are eligible for replacement if they arrived damaged. If you opted out of order protection at checkout, please file a claim with USPS or UPS


Issues with Delivery

We unfortunately do not have any more information than what is stated on the tracking. We are not responsible for your order once it is scanned by USPS/UPS as we have no control after that point. If USPS or UPS indicates it was delivered and you don't see it, please wait 24 hours. Sometimes they mark things as delivered but they haven't been delivered quite yet. Check with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house. Make sure your shipping address was correct. 

 

USPS: If you do not receive your order and your shipping address was correct, please file a missing mail search request with USPS (click here). This will trigger USPS to try and locate the package. If not found, please file a claim with USPS (click here) so you can get your money back. Packages that are mailed via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail include up to $100 coverage.

UPS: Claims can be filed HERE. UPS Ground includes $100 of coverage and have a very easy claims process. If mailed via ground saver, additional coverage was purchased to cover your order.

RETURNS

Am I able to change my order?

If you made an error when placing your order, please contact me immediately by Instagram DM or by using the chat function on the website (lower right corner, bubble with a chat icon). I very likely will not get your email before order processing if you respond to your email confirmation. Changes cannot be made once I start processing your order so please reach out as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Because each item is made to order or pre-made in limited quantities, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason other than order errors. Please ensure you review all details and sizing carefully before purchasing. Thank you for understanding.

What is your Return Policy?

Do you offer discounts?

Sign up for our email list to receive first access to savings offers. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on sales & savings offers. Our rep team also has codes for 15% off- see "The MMB Pups" for a list of our current team members.

Can I use more than 1 discount code at a time?

Only 1 discount code can be applied at a time. For example, a holiday savings code cannot be combined with a rep code or a bundle code.

Do you send out free products in exchange for UGC or paid collabs?

I do not send PR packages, participate in gifted or paid collaborations or provide prizes for giveaways outside of the MMB team. As a handmade brand with just me doing all the things, I simply don’t have the budget to send free products to everyone who asks. My fabric and time are not free, and each piece takes a meaningful amount of my (very limited) time to create. Thank you for understanding.

About the MMB Team

Mr. M Bandanas has a small team made up of current customers who love our products and support our mission. We’re incredibly lucky to have such a supportive group of humans and their pups, many of whom have been with us since the very beginning. 🫶

 

I do not have a public application for the team, but an interest form is available HERE. To be considered for our team, please tag us when you post on Instagram using our products. I regularly review recently tagged posts when a spot on the team becomes available. If a spot on the team opens, I will reach out individually to accounts that meet the criteria listed below. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions!

 

When selecting new team members, the main factor is returning customers who already know, love, and support our brand, and are consistently posting content featuring our products. Accounts that regularly share high-quality content with clear, on-brand photos will be strongly considered.


Another important factor is authentic, ongoing engagement with our Instagram content. Interacting with our posts is a key part of being on the team. If you’re already liking, saving, commenting, or sharing, you’re on the right track. Every bit of support means a lot.


Only current customers with active, public pet accounts are eligible for the team. This is because we want our reps to have real experience with our products as it wouldn’t make sense to represent a brand you haven’t tried.

Can I request a custom bandana with designs from 2 different listings?

Our designs cannot be interchanged and will be made with the shown designs. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing a custom bandana.

Can I personalize my bandana?

I'm unable to offer personalized bandanas at this time. Please reach out if you are interested in a custom bandana.

Do you offer embroidery?

Embroidery is not compatible with our fabrics, so we do not offer it at this time.

Why do some of my bandanas have multiple snaps and some just have one snap?

Adventure Fabric and Signature Fabric bandanas are made in a curved neckline style and have multiple snaps for an adjustable fit.

Active knit bandanas are made in a classic triangle style for you to fold, tie, snap and adjust for the perfect fit.
