INVENTORY

The bandana I want is sold out. Will you restock it?

I am unable to restock seasonal items for a few reasons. Each collection takes a significant amount of time. By the time I order the fabric, receive it, and prep everything, I am usually already on the next collection and customers have moved on to the next thing. At this time, it is my policy to not restock seasonal items. I am so sorry for any disappointment. I do my absolute best to anticipate demand and make as much inventory as possible without sacrificing the quality of my fabric cuts.

I highly recommend signing up for early access via the SMS list.

My size is sold out. Do you have any extra fabric?

All inventory is listed at the time of launch. However, I may be able to resize a larger bandana down to your size.

The following items are usually able to be resized:
XXL to XL or L

XL to L

L to M**

S to XS or XXS

XS to XXS or XXXS

Please DM me on Instagram @mr.mbandanas or utilize the chat feature at the lower right corner of the website to confirm with me that I am able to do a resize for you. Please note that I receive a large number of emails every day and am unable to get immediately reply to emails.

SHIPPING

When will my order Ship?

Please refer to the current processing time/next processing date which is posted at the top of the website. Your order will be processed on that date and shipped either the same day or the next business day.

Once you place your order, you are able to check your processing date on the order status page. Please keep in mind that I schedule order processing around my full-time work schedule. I do my best to process orders as fast as possible and may be able to work ahead of schedule.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Shipping is available to the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. The customer is responsible for any associated duties or taxes.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after your package is accepted by usps for tracking information to update.

You have the option to check your order status using your email and order number.

I selected USPS but my order was shipped with UPS.

We reserve the right to mail orders with a different shipping provider than what was selected at checkout (see shop terms & conditions). If this happens, I will select a comparable shipping speed so that you will receive your order either sooner or just as quickly as the originally selected mail service.

I am not always able to go to both UPS & USPS every day, so I may use UPS Ground Saver instead of USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground instead of USPS Priority Mail.

I never received my order. What do I do?

*As of 1/19/26: If order protection was declined at checkout, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please fill out the order help form or reach out regarding any issues with protected orders. See information below*

At Mr. M Bandanas, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Mr. M Bandanas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. As of January 2026, we are excited to offer order protection for added peace of mind. We have no control over packages once they are scanned by USPS/UPS so this will ensure your order is protected if anything happens during the shipping process. 

Please note that small imperfections can occur with handmade items and items may slightly vary in terms of dimensions. Small smudges or imperfections may be present in the printed fabric.  

 

Issues with Your Order

If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the items. We will send you a return label to send back any incorrect items at no additional cost, and the correct items will be sent to you if still available. If the correct item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Protected orders are eligible for replacement if they arrived damaged. If you opted out of order protection at checkout, please file a claim with USPS or UPS


Issues with Delivery

We unfortunately do not have any more information than what is stated on the tracking. We are not responsible for your order once it is scanned by USPS/UPS as we have no control after that point. If USPS or UPS indicates it was delivered and you don't see it, please wait 24 hours. Sometimes they mark things as delivered but they haven't been delivered quite yet. Check with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house. Make sure your shipping address was correct. 

 

USPS: If you do not receive your order and your shipping address was correct, please file a missing mail search request with USPS (click here). This will trigger USPS to try and locate the package. If not found, please file a claim with USPS (click here) so you can attempt to get your money back. Packages that are mailed via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail include up to $100 coverage.

UPS: Claims can be filed HERE. UPS Ground includes $100 of coverage and have a very easy claims process.

If order protection is declined at checkout, we will not be able to replace your order or file a claim for you. Orders with protection coverage will be replaced for verified issues.

RETURNS

Am I able to change my order?

If you made an error when placing your order, please contact me immediately by Instagram DM or by using the chat function on the website (lower right corner, bubble with a chat icon). I very likely will not get your email before order processing if you respond to your email confirmation. Changes cannot be made once I start processing your order so please reach out as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Because each item is made to order or pre-made in limited quantities, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason other than order errors. Please ensure you review all details and sizing carefully before purchasing. Thank you for understanding.

ADDITONAL INFO

What makes your bandanas different than other "durable" dog bandanas?

I use woven poly fabrics which do not snag and are super lightweight and quick drying. I have tested DOZENS of other materials and found that mine hold up the best over time, no matter how many times they've been worn and washed. My dogs are super wild and play really rough every single day, so they have been tested to the extreme.

The majority of other "durable" dog products use a sport knit fabric which unfortunately can snag due to the nature of the fabric type. This fabric does wash well and repels stains, but it's really heavy when wet and does not dry as quickly as my fabrics.

Do you offer discounts?

Can I use more than 1 discount code at a time?

Only 1 discount code can be applied at a time. For example, a holiday savings code cannot be combined with a rep code or a bundle code.

Do you send out free products in exchange for UGC or paid collabs?

I do not send PR packages, participate in gifted or paid collaborations or provide prizes for giveaways outside of the MMB team. As a handmade brand with just me doing all the things, I simply don’t have the budget to send free products. My fabric and time are not free, and each piece takes a meaningful amount of my (very limited) time to create. Thank you for understanding.

About the MMB Team

Mr. M Bandanas has a small team made up of current customers who love our products and support our mission. We’re incredibly lucky to have such a supportive group of humans and their pups, many of whom have been with us since the very beginning. 🫶

 

When selecting new team members, the main factor is returning customers who already know, love, and support our brand, and are consistently posting normal, daily life content of their dog while wearing our accessories. Accounts that regularly share high-quality content with clear, on-brand photos will be strongly considered.

Content I look for:

-Your normal, everyday life or fun adventures with your dog while wearing our bandanas

-Playful, adventurous videos/pics 

A "sales post" is not necessary and not really what I look for. People have moved away from forced content and enjoy consuming more real life posts. 


Another important factor is authentic, ongoing engagement with our Instagram content. Interacting with our posts is a key part of being on the team. If you’re already commenting on and/or sharing our posts, you’re on the right track. Every bit of support means a lot.


Only current customers with active, public pet accounts are eligible for the team. This is because I want our team to have real experience with our products as it wouldn’t make sense to represent a brand you haven’t tried. I also take into consideration the type of content your create as well as engagement with your content and your engagement other accounts. The purpose of social media is to be social =)

Can I request a custom bandana with designs from 2 different listings?

Our designs cannot be interchanged and will be made with the shown designs. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing a custom bandana.

Can I personalize my bandana?

I'm unable to offer personalized bandanas at this time. Please reach out if you are interested in a custom bandana.

Our July 2026 Everyday Essentials Collection will have personalization available. This applies only to that collection and within the applicable dates, noted within the product listing. Personalization will not be available after the deadline. This is because I order the graphics from a specialty print shop, and the shipping cost is very high making it impractical to order multiple times.

Do you offer embroidery?

Embroidery is not compatible with our fabrics, so we do not offer it at this time.

Did you receive my order?/I didn't receive an order confirmation email.

Check your email (including junk/spam) for your order confirmation email. The easiest way if to utilize the search function. You can also check your order status using your order # (crosses over to the shop app) and email. The link is in the website main menu.

What does "waiting for details" mean in the Shop app?

The primary purpose of this part of the Shop app is to track shipments, not necessarily to provide order statuses. I have no control over the statuses in the Shop app, which is why I provide detailed order status updates on my website.

Information will not be shown in the Shop app until your order has been shipped and the tracking information is available. "Waiting for details" means the app is waiting for the shipping details.
