Current processing time can be found on the home page.
As of 5/13/24, our new collections will be pre-made to provide faster order fulfillment. Pre-made bandanas will require snap placement and then will be ready to ship. This applies to new items only.
As a full-time nurse, my turnaround time depends on my work schedule and number of orders needing to be fulfilled. You can be confident that I do my absolute best to ship orders as quickly as possible. When I have a very high volume of orders, I batch make certain bandanas which speeds up the process 😄 Handmade items take time and I truly appreciate your patience.
*Please send me a message to confirm prior to completing your purchase if you need your order by a specific date. * I will not see any order notes until I start processing your order so, please let me know beforehand.
Customs:
Please reach out via Instagram, email, or website messaging (pop up in the bottom right corner of the website). Availability depends on the current volume of orders and my schedule. Please note that designs from existing bandanas are not interchangeable and cannot be combined into a custom bandana, unless additional fabric stock is purchased and used specifically for your custom bandana.
Please include the following information with your custom inquiry:
- When you need your custom bandana
- What type of designs or theme you have in mind, including any examples or inspiration
- Type of fabric you would like (Adventure Fabric or Active Knit)
- Any other pertinent information
Please keep in mind that I am not an artist and cannot personally design the patterns for your custom. I use seamless designs from independent artists for our fabrics.
At this time, we do not offer embroidery and name add on is not available for Adventure Fabric or Active Knit bandanas.
