Refund Policy
At Mr. M Bandanas, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can assist you.
Please note that small imperfections can occur with handmade items and items may slightly vary in terms of dimensions. Small smudges or imperfections may be present in the printed fabric.
Issues with Your Order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Issues with Delivery
We are not responsible for your order once it is scanned by USPS as we have no control after that point. Please file a claim or missing mail search request with USPS. As the sender, we cannot file claims for you. Packages are mailed via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail which includes up to $100 coverage.
Non-Refundable Items
Because each item is custom-made or pre-made in limited quantities, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than order errors or damaged/defective products. Please ensure you review all details and sizing carefully before purchasing.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will only be issued for orders with verified issues, such as damaged or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5 business days of approval.
