Orders with personalized bandanas placed after 9/6 at 5PM EST cannot be fulfilled.

If you added a personalized bandana to your cart prior to the cutoff date, you may still see those items in your cart depending on your browser settings. Unfortunately I have no control over this and I cannot fulfill any personalized orders with names, initials, phrases, etc. Thank you so much for your understanding!

I highly recommend shipping protection.

Unfortunately I have no control over your package once it is scanned by the shipping provider. If USPS/UPS loses or misdelivers a package and shipping protection was not selected, it is the customer's responsibility to file a missing mail search & a claim with the shipping provider.
