Mockup Generator

-Personalization is only available within the specified time window noted in the product listing. This is because shipping is very expensive for just 1 or 2 graphics. I will order the graphics in bulk on the cut-off date to keep the cost low. The cost is over $20 to order just 1 graphic. 

-Personalization deadlines: Everyday essentials- 8/1/26 at 5PM EST; Fall- 9/6/26 at 5PM EST; Halloween- 10/4/26 at 5PM EST

-I will not be able to fulfill any orders for personalized bandanas after the cutoff. Please remove any personalized bandanas from your cart after the personalization period has ended and re-add them to ensure I can fulfill your order.  

-I batch order all graphics and personalization from a specialty print shop as they are not something I can print at home. 

-These are direct to film transfers (not the heat transfer vinyl that can be printed at home with a Cricut which eventually peel off) and last around 50+ washes. 

-Only the listed fonts, colors, phrases and icons are available. Please contact me via Instagram DM for something not listed. 

-Each graphic is scaled to fit the bandana size. 

-Only 1 graphic can be applied to a bandana (you cannot put a graphic on both sides)

-Graphics are placed on the lower portion of your bandana so the full design is visible while your dog is wearing it. If you prefer the design to be placed in the middle of the bandana, please leave a note with your order.

-Names will be placed along the side of the bandana as shown. Longer names will be smaller, and shorter names will be taller (unless otherwise specified by the customer).

-Name + icon will be placed in the middle of the bandana unless otherwise noted. 

-Phrases will be placed in the middle of the bandana

-Please include your Instagram handle so that I can contact you with any questions.

-Any missing information will result in “artists choice” for your graphic if I am unable to contact you.

Sublimation:

The graphics are pre-printed using sublimation ink by an outside print company. I apply the graphic to the bandana using heat- the design becomes embedded in the fabric, so there is no difference in the texture of the graphic and the fabric. This method offers longevity and comfort as the design becomes part of the material—unlike the most commonly used heat transfer vinyl (HTV), which sits on top and can eventually peel off.

Direct-to-Film:

DTF involves applying a pre-printed graphic onto a garment using a heat press.

The design is printed onto a special transfer film with water-based inks (printed by an out of house printing company). The ink on the film is then coated with adhesive powder. Then, the design is transferred onto the fabric using a heat press.

The ink sits on top of the fabric, so there is a difference in the texture of the graphic and the fabric.

The prints come out smooth and elastic, which ensures longevity. They can handle heavy use and many washes without fading color. The design may develop minor cracks if washed in very hot water.

DTF prints might seem a little stiff initially, but they’ll wear in after a couple of washes. The print is thin, so it doesn’t feel bulky. Lasts up to 50 washes, approximately.

Templates are used to cut fabric for consistency. However, all measurements are approximate and can vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Note: Your reversible bandana will feature the two shown designs, which are not interchangeable.

Adventure Fabric Bandana: Our most durable fabric is a slightly stretchy woven poly material that is dirt, stain & wrinkle resistant, quick-drying, and machine washable. This soft and comfortable bandana is designed for indoor & outdoor activities, keeping pup wear & tear in mind. It is non-bulky and lightweight, so it won't overheat your pup.

Easy to Clean & Machine Washable: Hassle-free, simple maintenance for a long-lasting bandana. Machine wash cold on gentle, or casual cycle. Place in dryer on low heat for 20-30 minutes and remove promptly. Dirt easily rinses off in the sink and material dries quickly. 

Reversible Designs: Two prints in one bandana for versatile styling.

Bandana Style: Curved neckline with multi-snap closure for a comfortable, secure & adjustable fit. This bandana style is designed to mimic the natural shape of your pup's neck for a comfortable fit. The lightweight fabric can be folded if needed and will not become bulky. Personalized snap placement offers a custom and adjustable fit- snap placement options are available in the above drop-down box. We recommend selecting the standard snap placement if you are unsure. The standard snap placement will be used if no selection is made.

-Consider sizing up if your pup is extra fluffy, has a larger chest, or you prefer an oversized look. Tie then snap to customize the fit of an "oversized" bandana.

Collections released prior to 5/11/26 may not include XXXS & XXL. 

• To find the suitable size of bandana for your pup, loosely measure the lowest part of your dog’s neck. 
• Choose the next largest size if you are unsure or if your pet is floofy. A slightly oversized bandana is better than one too small, not to mention safer for your pup. 
• Hold the tape measure in the same fashion that you want the bandana to fit the lowest part of your pet’s neck (comfortably loose—not tight or restrictive). You should be able to easily slide your hand between the bandana and your dog’s neck. Bandanas are not designed to be tight against your pet's neck and will not fit properly if your measurement is too small.
• Please keep in mind that I am unable to refund orders due to a shopper’s measurement error or failure to measure, so double check your measurement. 
• I use templates to cut fabric, which ensures consistent sizing.

• As a full time nurse, my turnaround time depends on my schedule and amount of orders needing to be fulfilled.

• Returns and cancellations are not accepted as each item is made to order.

• As of 5/13/24, our new collections will be pre-made to provide faster order fulfillment. Pre-made bandanas will require snap placement and then will be ready to ship. This applies to new items only. 
• Please measure your pup’s neck and refer to the size chart to ensure the correct size is selected. 
• Small imperfections in the fabric (slight blurs or smudges in the print, small areas of discoloration, etc.) may be present but will not affect the overall aesthetic of the accessory.
• Reach out with any questions.

Wash:

• Machine wash cold on casual or gentle cycle with mild detergent. Snap the snaps prior to placing in the washer/dryer. Mild dish soap works great to spot clean adventure fabric bandanas if preferred. Dry on low or medium heat for 20-30 minutes and remove promptly to avoid wrinkles.
• Low to medium iron as needed. If you have a bandana with a graphic, only use the iron on the opposite side of the graphic. 
• When your bandanas become dirty or muddy, please immediately wash your bandana to prevent permanent stains, especially for light colors. We recommend rinsing in the sink before putting in the washer if your bandana is particularly muddy. We have tested Oxiclean products with our bandanas without any issues, but please spot test a small, inconspicuous area first. 
• Collar bows: Spot clean as needed. Avoid frequent pulling on the elastic loops to avoid stretching or tearing

Wear:

• Snaps may become loose when a bandana is tugged on often or forcefully so, please be gentle with the snaps to avoid damaging your bandana.
• Bandanas are not meant to withstand frequent rough play, and it is not recommended that owners keep bandanas on their pets during those activities, especially if your furry is particularly rambunctious. Bandanas can rip/tear just like anything else and the fabric can snag if your pup's play mate decides his/her bandana is a great chew toy. 
  
• Due to injury risk, don’t leave your pet unsupervised with a bandana (especially in a crate). 
• Please don’t allow your pet to chew on our products as they make ingest or even choke on pieces of fabric. 
• Our high-quality fabrics will last with proper care. However, pet bandanas will not last forever and will age with frequent wear just as any article of clothing.  
• Our Adventure Fabric dries quickly! However, please don’t leave wet bandanas on your pet for a prolonged period of time as this can cause skin irritation and hot spots. If your pup has particularly sensitive skin, we recommend removing bandanas immediately once wet.
