• Each order is handmade using premium materials. 
• Profits are donated to various animal shelters and rescue organizations. 
• Returns and cancellations are not accepted as each item is made to order. 
• Processing time is posted in the website header. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you need your order by a specific date. I may not see your order notes until I start processing your order. 
• As of 5/13/24, our new collections will be pre-made to provide faster order fulfillment. Pre-made bandanas will require snap placement and then will be ready to ship. This applies to new items only. 
• Please measure your pup’s neck and refer to the size chart to ensure the correct size is selected. 
• Small imperfections in the fabric (slight blurs or smudges in the print, small areas of discoloration, etc.) may be present but will not affect the overall aesthetic of the accessory.

• Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. 
• Iron as needed and only on the un-personalized side for personalized bandanas. 
• Snaps may become loose when a bandana is tugged on often or forcefully so please be gentle with the snaps to avoid damaging your bandana.
• Bandanas are not meant to withstand frequent rough play and it is not recommended that owners keep bandanas on their pets during those activities. Bandanas can rip/tear just like anything else. 
• Pet bandanas will not last forever and will age with frequent wear just as any article of clothing. 
• Our high quality fabric will last with proper care. 
• Please do not leave wet bandanas on your pet for a prolonged period of time as this can cause skin irritation and hot spots.
• Due to injury risk, don’t leave your pet unsupervised with a bandana (especially in a crate). 
• Please don’t allow your pet to chew on our products as they make ingest or even choke on pieces of fabric.
