Templates are used to cut fabric for consistency. However, all measurements are approximate and can vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Signature Fabric Bandana: A durable, woven poly material that is dirt, stain & wrinkle resistant, quick-drying, and machine washable. This soft and comfortable bandana is designed for indoor & outdoor activities, keeping pup wear & tear in mind. Signature fabric is soft, slightly stretchy, and has a matte appearance and texture. It is non-bulky and lightweight, so it won't overheat your pup. This is my go-to fabrication, and I recommend it for all pups.

Easy to Clean & Machine Washable: Hassle-free, simple maintenance for a long-lasting bandana. Machine wash cold on gentle, or casual cycle. Place in dryer on low heat for 20-30 minutes and remove promptly. Dirt easily rinses off in the sink and material dries quickly.

Bandana Style: Curved neckline with multi-snap closure for a comfortable, secure & adjustable fit. This bandana style is designed to mimic the natural shape of your pup's neck for a comfortable fit. The lightweight fabric can be folded if needed and will not become bulky. Personalized snap placement offers a custom and adjustable fit- snap placement options are available in the above drop-down box. We recommend selecting the standard snap placement if you are unsure. The standard snap placement will be used if no selection is made.

Based on customer feedback, our bandanas run true to size and there is no need to “size up” from your pup’s measured neck size.  

• To find the suitable size of bandana for your pup, loosely measure the lowest part of your dog’s neck. 
• Choose the next largest size if you are unsure or if your pet is floofy. A slightly oversized bandana is better than one too small, not to mention safer for your pup. 
• Hold the tape measure in the same fashion that you want the bandana to fit the lowest part of your pet’s neck (comfortably loose—not tight or restrictive). You should be able to easily slide your hand between the bandana and your dog’s neck. Bandanas are not designed to be tight against your pet's neck and will not fit properly if your measurement is too small.
• Please keep in mind that I am unable to refund orders due to a shopper’s measurement error or failure to measure, so double check your measurement. 
• I use templates to cut fabric, which ensures consistent sizing.

• As of 5/13/24, our new collections will be pre-made to provide faster order fulfillment. Pre-made bandanas will require snap placement and then will be ready to ship. This applies to new items only. 
• Please measure your pup’s neck and refer to the size chart to ensure the correct size is selected. 
• Small imperfections in the fabric (slight blurs or smudges in the print, small areas of discoloration, etc.) may be present but will not affect the overall aesthetic of the accessory.

Wash:

• Machine wash cold on casual or gentle cycle with mild detergent. Snap the snaps prior to placing in the washer/dryer. Mild dish soap works great to spot clean adventure fabric bandanas if preferred. Dry on low or medium heat for 20-30 minutes and remove promptly to avoid wrinkles.
• Low to medium iron as needed. If you have a bandana with a graphic, only use the iron on the opposite side of the graphic. 
• When your bandanas become dirty or muddy, please immediately wash your bandana to prevent permanent stains, especially for light colors. We recommend rinsing in the sink before putting in the washer if your bandana is particularly muddy. We have tested Oxiclean products with our bandanas without any issues, but please spot test a small, inconspicuous area first. 
• Collar bows: Spot clean as needed. Avoid frequent pulling on the elastic loops to avoid stretching or tearing

Wear:

• Snaps may become loose when a bandana is tugged on often or forcefully so, please be gentle with the snaps to avoid damaging your bandana.
• Bandanas are not meant to withstand frequent rough play, and it is not recommended that owners keep bandanas on their pets during those activities, especially if your furry is particularly rambunctious. Bandanas can rip/tear just like anything else and the fabric can snag if your pup's play mate decides his/her bandana is a great chew toy. 
  
• Due to injury risk, don’t leave your pet unsupervised with a bandana (especially in a crate). 
• Please don’t allow your pet to chew on our products as they make ingest or even choke on pieces of fabric. 
• Our high-quality fabrics will last with proper care. However, pet bandanas will not last forever and will age with frequent wear just as any article of clothing.  
• Our Adventure Fabric dries quickly! However, please don’t leave wet bandanas on your pet for a prolonged period of time as this can cause skin irritation and hot spots. If your pup has particularly sensitive skin, we recommend removing bandanas immediately once wet.
