Each item is handmade in North Carolina using premium materials. Profits are donated to various animal shelters and rescue organizations.

Shipping policy

Mr. M Bandanas is not responsible for packages lost by USPS. Once your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier, I no longer have control of your items. Please contact us with any issues and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Mr. M Bandanas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package be marked as delivered but has not arrived, please initiate a claim with USPS. We highly recommend selecting the shipping option that includes insurance, or USPS Priority which includes insurance up to $100.

Disclaimer

Each reversible bandana is made to order using premium fabric that is soft and non-irritating for most pups. Please note that colors & designs may appear different due to lighting in pictures, computer/phone settings, etc. I do my best to accurately represent each design in pictures.

All of my designs are created by various, talented artists. I do not make any of these designs and cannot make changes to any designs. 

Design placement on each bandana will vary due to the custom-made nature of the products. No two bandanas will be identical and sizing can slightly vary. Please let me know if you have particular requests—I am happy to help.

It is the responsibility of the pet’s owner to properly supervise their pet so that bandanas do not become hazardous in any manner.

Liabilities

Mr. M Bandanas will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any pet products purchased herein. Buyers agree and acknowledge that any product purchased should be used at your their own risk, and should assess the risks individual to your pet before purchasing any product or using any product with or on your pet. By placing their purchase, buyers agree that if Mr. M Bandanas is deemed liable for any harm caused, the amount the shop owner shall be liable to claimants shall be limited to the cost of the product purchased.

Care instructions

  • Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. 
  • Machine wash and dry with caution- use the delicate or casual setting with cold water. Dry on lowest setting only.
  • Iron as needed and only on the un-personalized side for personalized bandanas. 
  • Snaps may become loose when a bandana is tugged on often or forcefully so please be gentle with the snaps to avoid damaging your bandana.
  • Bandanas are not meant to withstand frequent rough play and it is not recommended that owners keep bandanas on their pets during those activities. Bandanas can rip/tear just like any textile. 
  • Pet bandanas will not last forever and will age with frequent wear just as any article of clothing. 
  • Our high quality fabric will last with proper care. 
  • Please do not leave wet bandanas on your pet for a prolonged period of time as this can cause skin irritation and hot spots.
  • Due to injury risk, don’t leave your pet unsupervised with a bandana (especially in a crate). 
  • Please don’t allow your pet to chew on our products as they make ingest or even choke on pieces of fabric. 

Size Guide

Loosely measure your pup’s neck including any fluff. We recommend adding 1-2” for extra floofy furiends. Size up if you are unsure. Bandanas are not designed to be tight around your pet’s neck & will not fit properly if your measurement is too small or the incorrect size is selected. 

 Fold your bandana at least once for the best fit. 

 

Size L/XL is now called size L. 

 * In order to better serve you, our future collections will be pre-made for faster ordering fulfillment. Therefore, we have consolidated our snap-on bandana sizing. Snap placement will still be able to be customized. *

 

Neck measurement= what size you want the neck opening/bandana circumference to be when snapped. *Must account for any fluff.* 


Snap placement explained:
  • all 3 snaps used= smallest snap measurement.
  • Middle and last snaps used= middle snap measurement 
  • only the last snaps used= last snap measurement 
  • Example: size small has snaps placed at 13.5” 14.5” & 15.5”. If you snap all 3 snaps, the bandana will fit 13.5” circumference. If you snap the middle and last snaps, it will fit 14.5” neck circumference. You get the idea.  

 

 

 

 

Please note that all measurements are approximate and can vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our bandanas.

I am unable to make size recommendations based on age or breed as dog sizes can vary significantly within each breed and puppies grow at different rates. 

How to measure: To find the suitable size of bandana for your pup, loosely measure the lowest part of your dog’s neck. Choose the next largest size if you are unsure or if your pet is floofy. A slightly oversized bandana is better than one too small, not to mention safer for your pup. Hold the tape measure in the same fashion that you want the bandana to fit your pet’s neck (comfortably loose—not tight or restrictive). You should be able to easily slide your entire hand between the bandana and your dog’s neck to ensure a safe and proper fit. Your measurement should account for any doggo floof. For example, my dog's (poodle mix/rescue mutt) collar size is 11" but his bandana measurement is 13" because he is a fluffy boy. Therefore, he wears a size S instead of XS because 13" is the measurement that correlates with how I want his bandanas to fit. My brother's short haired (black lab) dog's neck measures 16” and a size L fits perfectly as she does not have any fluffiness to accommodate. 

Please keep in mind that I am unable to refund orders due to a shopper’s measurement error or failure to measure, so double check your measurement. I highly recommend sizing up if you dog's measurement is borderline or they are extra fluffy. I use templates to cut fabric, which ensures consistent sizing.

Our Fabric

All of our fabric is carefully chosen for durability, with pup wear and tear in mind. These wearable fabrics are not only soft, comfortable and pretty, but equally functional and easy to clean. 

Please note that HTV (heat transfer vinyl) name add on is unavailable for adventure fabric and active knit. 
We have a few 100% cotton bandanas available in the shop and the name add on option is available for those accessories.
